I fell off the wagon yesterday with a little bump! Im planning on enjoying my day and evening today, I have to line my stomach if I'm gong to be drinking lots don't I?!

That's the good thing about SF, you don't have to do it everyday, just so what suits and satisfies you xxx
 
Just been reading your diary! Seems like we all struggled last night. I'm just happy I could manage to point it even though that's alot of my weeklies gone. I'm going to have to rejig my food plan for the week I think.

I think there must be something in the air!!

My friend gave me a bit of a taking to last night about my weight. He said that when I got to my target I looked better when I'd put a few lbs back on. Got me thinking! I'm thinking of changing my target to 9st 6lbs or 9st 10lbs. I know I'm not fat but I think that if I lose another stone I might be able to feel happier in my own skin x
 
Maybe see how you feel after another stone? It's hard to tell before you get there and your weight might be made up of different amounts of fat and muscle this time. I think the most important thing is how you feel in yourself and you can always get a few second opinions nearer goal. I'm a bit worried that I'll get close to goal and want to keep going just because I'm used to the losses but hopefully people will tell me if I look a bit skinny!!

That's true... I can fit into a pair of jeans at 10st 12lbs that I couldn't wear before until I was around 10st and under

People kept telling me that I looked too skinny at 9st 2lbs. It's funny, but I've always longed for people to say that to me however when they did, I didn't like it and it upset me and it sent me spiralling the other way! x
 
So finally, here's today's food:

Breakfast: muesli, berries and quark 7
Lunch: tuna pasta salad 11
Dinner: leftover mascarpone sauce and pasta 9

Total: 27/27

Tomorrow is definitely SF! :D

Ok, I'm over pasta! I got home yesterday with a bit of a headache but kind of though I'd just have some paracetamol and eat my dinner and then I'd be good for Taekwondo. Um no. It was a migraine and I didn't really notice even when I was cooking in the dark because the lights hurt my eyes (true story!). So I ate the pasta and went to bed and then threw up all the pasta. I won't be eating that again for a while!

Today was meant to be SF but I'm still not 100% although I'm back at work so I'm going to make safe boring choices (chicken and potatoes or something for dinner) and not worry too much about them being on the SF list or not. I'm also going to eat a few mini rolls because I'm feeling sorry for myself. Back on it tomorrow though!
 
Today is actually shaping up to be pretty SF!

Breakfast: muesli, berries and quark
Lunch: chilli soup (from a coffee place near work) - their stuff is homemade and it was a little bit oily but otherwise everything in there was pretty SF. We don't have lean mince here anyway and I'm fairly sure they'd minced their own meat.
Dinner: no idea yet

My only problem is that I bought a cream cheese brownie at the same time as the soup. It looks amazing but that will then be ALL my weeklies gone. I think I'm just going to enjoy it and then replan my weekend to allow for drinks! :)
 
Oh god! I hate migraines! puts me off certain foods for months! I once had a migraine and ate garlic bread, took me 8 months to try it again.

Sorry you still feel rubbish today! Sometimes you need to say sod it when your not feeling good, but it looks good that atleast most of it is sf! could you not swap to pp as most of the soup would be free and you could point your breakfast?

I'm sure what ever you decide to do will be right :)
 
Haha, I think I really need to stop playing about with the plan. I'm going for SF because of all the beans in it. I think I can handle the rest of the week, just got to cross my fingers for a loss!

Now dying from brownie-overload! I love that this plan has made it actually difficult for me to eat the things I used to!
 
Just been catching up on your diary... The brownie sounds lush! It's hard to have stuff like that on SF unless you take it out of your weeklies. I think for me, it helps me cut out the junk that I was eating just to make up my dailies x
 
It was totally worth it but I've been off track all weekend. I drank so much gluhwein yesterday and then "taste tasted" a mince pie today. It's not looking good.

I'm going to enjoy some chocolate tonight and then get back on track properly tomorrow.

Just edited my food after pointing my Dairy Milk. I'm showing such restraint! I just ate two squares and wrapped the rest up and hid it in my desk.:angel09:
