Eating right to be slimbysummer

Just been doctors and she thinks i've turned a corner and my body is fighting this so no need for antibiotics. She says im heavily congested behind my eyes, ears, nose, throat & chest - Nice eh! :sick:
so going to carry on with the cold & flu capsules and hope better soon.

Just read on internet that if congested, cut back on the dairy products so no cheese for me then lol but worth it if it helps.

Piece of lemon quark cheesecake (sent home personally for me from marks boss) - no idea of syns though as seems to have lemon curd on top & very thin layer of biscuit (13 syns??)

11.30 - starving so had bowl of rice with soya sauce (strange supper i know but was easy to grab)

Still got cold but feeling better, just can't stop coughing (but can live with that).
Food wise - * week so mega craving sweet stuff today, but trying to be good as only need a 1lb loss to get club 10.

Would be good to get Club 10 but if don't not to worried, cause know im gonna put a little bit of weight on while away (part of being away is few treats). At this moment, just trying to behave but been soooo busy this weekend i feel like i deserve a treat now lol - if i get my 1lb then i'll treat self after weigh in (can't get there during day so 5.30 wi which is worse) x

This is me lol no recipe just make it up as i go along.

If i remember (this ones from freezer) i fried the onions and chicken pieces, then added curry spices & garlic then rice. Then Added peppers, mushrooms, & couple tins of chopped toms & extra water and cooked it slowly till rice cooked. i think lol x

Trying to use whatevers in the house esp fridge (i'm sad and like to have clean empty fridge when i go away then stock up when back)

But running out of things already (eggs, sweetner, marg & bread) so may have to nip to shop after all). Got lots of mushrooms in though so will be mushrooms with everything lol

According to mil scales 1lb - 1.5lb weight gain ( old fashion scales so not sure how accurate.
