:argh: Went down hill (again) when went to cousins for drinks (stella cidre & gin & vodka) & karaoke which also included crips, chocolate, toast & pate :eek:

Tea - Roast chicken, SW roasties, lots of veg & colmons cheese sauce (made with boiling water) - 4 syns & gravy (2 syns)

Bedtime Options choc (2 syns) & light squirty cream (1.5 syn =18)

:D Yes - actually can see behaved today. Was rocky about tea time when Mark & Maddy having hot choc cake & cream but i resisted. 1 day down, 100s to go lol x

I've just seen on another thread that you have STS!! That's amazing! Well done!!

I think i lost 1st wk and put on 2nd wk at home but evened out to STS
When away, my MIL looked at me funnily anytime i ate something non SW so although had off plan day on the sun the rest of the wk i was sort off on plan.

Your gain, may be due to just eating diff types of food than normally eat and hopefully will come off quickly for you :cross:

Thanks Linz, actually im really enjoying sw.
It took me a while to get used to it, and i had a few wk when behaved 100% & didn't really loose. It used to really upset me (sat in group & cried) but now ive decided as long as it comes off however slowly thats whats important.
I've 2 stone+ yet to loose but already i feel much better.

Are you going to group or doing it at home? x
