I know - since moved to Formby Ive eaten rubbish but walk loads + go gym 3-4 tines a wk. just think if I cud get head in gear I could be slim + toned lol.

Cant wait to make: Curly Wurly cake

curly wurly cake 12 syns all plans unless using scan bran as hexb

4 Scan Bran
2 eggs
5 or 6 tbsp sweetener (to taste)
11g reduced fat hot choc eg sachet Options
26g Curly Wurly bar
method
1. Soak the Scan Bran in boiling water to soften. Then drain and mash.
2. Beat the eggs and stir into mix, along with the sweetener and Options
3. Chop the Curly Wurly into pieces and add to the mix
4. Pour the mixture into a microwavable bowl and cook for around 6 minutes. When cooked the cake will be springy to the touch and will have pulled away from the side.
you can cook the cake on 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for approximately 30 minutes.

How did the curly wurly cake work out?

Been super busy this week, so just grab first thing laid hands on which in this case happened to be cottage cheese lol

As for the curly wurly cake - it was great for 3 syns per 1/4 although couldn't taste curly wurly
Going to try and make the scan bran ferrero roche today so will let you know if there any good lol. x

Have tried they are making the scan bran ferrero rocher but tbh they look bit soggy (I added water to the scan bran) - they are chilling in the fridge at the moment so hopefully will improve the texture

If they dont work out will try this different recipe:

8 scan bran (8 syns)
4 level tbsp Nutella (16 syns)
1 level tbsp Golden syrup (2 syns)
1 tbsp water

1) Mix all scan bran in food processor & reduce to crumbs
2) Mix all ingredients into the crumbled scan bran & divide into mini cake cases / petit four cases
3) Should make 30 sweets (26 syns in recipe so less than 1 syn per sweet)
