Sat 2nd march - finally got prescription + discovered drinking cider vinegar in water calms tummy down a bit so hopefully tummy will calm down at some point quickly :)

0.5lb off so now 11st 4.5lb

Isn't it bizarre u can gain 1.5lb, loose 3lb then loose 0.5lb + yet ur food + syns are just the same - bizarre eh.
Oh well all step in right direction :-/
