Going to see my cousins daughter tomorrow for tea (not seen her in ages).

She just texted to see making quesadilla which I know are high in syns. Plus extras + pudding so might be on for a ikkle gain this wk but will try + behave rest of wk and see what happens eh x

I'm after some advice ... Grovel grovel ... Looking at your diary you don't seem to be eating that much so I wondered what your portion sizes have been like? If they are a tidy size I may just have a go at copying some of your meal plans ... You are doing fab!

I feel like eatin lots but hav been trying to get 1/2 plate veg so I guess naturally the main part if my meal is smaller.
I realised I was eating as much at teatime as mark so I am making conscious effort to put less on my plate. That said, I have enough to make sure I'm not hungry but not stuffed either.

Thanks hun .. I know what you mean about portion sizes as I used to match Colm ... Probably more actually cos I was a terrible picker as well!

I'm back home now - travelled this afternoon. Yes, it is blooming cold!

Really struggling this week. Not enjoyed my meals - nothing satisfying me yet had 100 syns (normally aim for 70). Sp on scales saying gained 4lb :-/ Hormones are doing my head in so hoping its that + will pass soon.
