Eating right to be slimbysummer

Sat 24th April

Feeling little disheartened this morning had sp on scales + its saying Ive put on!!! How???? Feel like working so hard at gym + diet yet weight / flab nor shifting.
Wouldnt bother as much but its only 3 wk to my holiday + I so wanted to be near my interim goal for 10st 7lb.
When I went back to sw in jan I need to loose 1lb per wk to get to goal but my bodies not even doing that.
Will keep going but so frustrated. How come sone people can cheat + then lose 3-4lb? I only wanted a 1-1.5lb loss a wk (I do intense exercise 3 times a wk too)

You still have a few days left yet chick, try not to let it bother you. It could also be the food from last night still lurking in your tummy. I've worked out that the day after I eat mash, I gain 2lb! So now, I don't eat mash or any heavy food over the weekend until I WI on Monday morning :)

It annoys me too how people cheat and still lose. My aunty eats take out at least 3 times a week and still manages to lose, very frustrating.

Thanks hun. I now I'll get there in the end but just feels like not making progress. Just been aldi + stocked up on the fruit + veg so got right food around me. X

Thinking / hoping hormonal cause tried summer dresses on today which fit 1 month ago + yet today were soooo tight it was awful. Can't poss have put weight on :-( x

Just found out Maddy off school Friday as well as Monday + mark booked thur + Tue off so trying to rearrange my week round them lol x
