Bacon, egg + wm bread (hex b)

Busy day - diy (mark building desk/office in porch and I'm on painting duty) so grab food while I can.

King prawn flavour tails
Ww toffee yoghurt
Pkt French fries (4 syn)
Mini twister ice cream (2.5 syns)

Tea - small piece of gammon with tomato pasta n sauce
with 40g light cheese (Hex A)

35g rainbow drops (6 syns) + 1/2 peanut hifi bar (3 syns)
Hard boiled egg
Left ova pasta n sauce

Total 15.5 syns & I deserve everyone after the hard work ive done today

Horrid stress manky day so going harvester for tea / need treat x
 
Whole wks syns consumed as I thought sack it

Has 2 bowls of salad with blue cheese sauce with seeds and bacon bits etc
Followed by chicken bacon cheese bbq stack with chips and buttered peas

Washes down with....diet coke lol x

According to mfp Ive eaten 1950 cals today (85% of which were at tea) however if I was trying to maintain weight this is the amount I should eat as Ive not stopped all day. Let's hope scales say that next week eh. No official no more syns to use this wk but will have up to 5 if I need them x

Another crazy busy day so took lunch with me

Lg Salad (lettuce, tom, celery, red pepper + cucumber) with cottage cheese, raspberry balsamic vinegar + chili salmon (4 syns)

Small Piece watermelon

Salad with hot fried (fry light) chicken + light ceasar salad (1 syn), Parmesan cheese (HEX A) + hm croutons (made with hm bread HEX B + fry light)

3 slices thin ham
Hifi bar (hex b)
Pickled onions

Lots of sparkling water - its HOT!!!!

Bakes beans, few chickpeas with 80g primula light (hex a)
With salad (lettuce, toms, celery + red peppers)

Lots of Strawberries, 0% total + sweetner
Orange

Lots of prawns (with heads + tails) with low fat sweet chili noodles, sauteed courgettes, red peppers

Later.... 1.5 Peanut hifi bar (hex b + 3 syns)
Lots of 1/2 syn roulade (1/2 syn)

Total 3.5 syns

Sat 20th July - struggling this wk but think that's cause over tired/busy and so body wants rubbish which I'm trying to fight.

5.30pm - orange duck breast, lots of broc, mini corn on cob with butter bud (1 syn)

9pm... Cheese on toast (starving + reward for surviving kiddy party buffet)

Strawberries, 0% total + sweetner + meringue nest (2.5 syns)
