Hi there. I didn`t know Aunt Bessies swede & carrot mash frozen was free. Does it taste ok, guess it must do if you eat it lol. Is it like what you would do yourself. Do you know of anything else like that in the frozen line. Its nice not to have to prepare sometmes.

Its delicious - tastes buttery / far nicer than if u make it ursrlf :)
Ive also been buying frozen half corn on the cobs + frozen sliced peppers a s cheaper / convenience. If think of anything else I'll let u know x

Out all day tomoz from 7am till 6pm. Taking food with me so if I don't get tempted my meal plans should look something like this...

Sat 6th - EE day

Bfast...
Banana, hifi bar (hex b)

Lunch...
Lg Salad with bbq chicken (2 syns)
Hard boiled egg
Sweet chili sauce (2 tbsp = 4 syns)

Snack - grapes, lg red apple
6 choc drops (4.5 syns)
Taste shortbread (3 syns)

Chili (2 syns) + salad

Small amount of pasta
40g light primula (1/2 hex a)



Total 18.5 syns good considering the self restraint I had to have!

I'm alright thanks chick. Plodding on as usual! Want Monday to hurry up and turn up. I want to see what a week of following red and green will do on the scales when mother nature has firmly been gone for a week. Sneeky peeked this morning and I'm +2 :confused: But when following EE I used to be anything up to +5 on a Friday. Fingers crossed though. I'm half tempted to follow a week of red and see the results and then follow a week of green and compare all the results, see what's best for me :)

Got weighed this morning as can't get to group tonight and.....

Yah I lost 4lb and for my club 10 award -
I know getting weighed in a morning will have boosted weight loss bur I'm grinning like a Cheshire cat x
