Doing dinner party (8 adults) for friends wedding anniversary on Fri so here's the plan then I know how many syns to save

wine - 2 lg glasses = 17 syns

Starter... Going to try + make some spinach + feta flat breads we had on holiday (10 Syns ???)

Main....chicken tagine (3-4 syns for honey, dried fruit) with couscous

Dessert...pear + ginger pavlova (my fave - 20 syns?)

So approx.... 50 syns so will stick to 5 syns on the other 6 days = 80 syns for the week x

Wed 24th July - red or EE day

Lunch - chicken mugshot + whole red pepper
Frozen banana

Tea - butchers choice garlic + herb chicken steaks (3 syns) + pasta + cheese (hex a) + salad (obligatory super free)

Wispa bar (10.5 syns)

Thur 25th July - red day
Another busy dat and didn't sleep well - constant hot flushes all night. Be glad wen they sort these silly hormone's. I go see breast cancer genetic councillor next thur so hopefully sometime soon i'll get some answers.

2pm - orange

3.30 - Greek muller yog (1/2 syn)

Tea at 5pm - chicken + lots of stir fry veg
Sweet + sour sauce (2.5 syns)
Hifi bar (hex b) + scraping choc phily (7g = 1 Syn)

Wm bread (hex b) + primula (1/2 hex a)
Gherkins, ham + primula light (1/2 hex a)
Few tastes of meringue mixture (making pavlova and was too hard not to eat bits that went on my fingers - 3 syns?)

Friday 26th July - EE / Flexi day

Slept a little better but still sooo tired but need to just get on with it today as got 2 intense cleaning jobs today (4 hours +) so lots of body magic

Raspberries & Strawberries & 0% total and sweetner

Tea (not till 7.30pm) - dinner party

Feta, spinach, olive oil in flat bread doughy mixture

Huge piece of pavlova (lots of cream to fill the cracks lol)
3 glasses wine

Omg rainbow drops! I haven't had them in years, back when they were 10p a bag or something ridiculous :)

You may be seeing something similar in my diary soon regarding the wine... Got given a home brewing kit today and now there's some Cabernet sauvignon on the go x

They were sooooo good. Expecting gain tomoz at wi after amount eaten but back on it today :)

At least you enjoyed it though Claire! :) Nothing worse than not enjoying a naughty treat lol!

Enjoyed it but not good pychologically - definate comfort eating.

Need to get head in gear other whys going to be a scary weigh in on monday and then i'm not weighing for 3 wks (2 weigh in's) x
 
Determined to behave today. My mums going home today and all the cheese & cake has gone so should be easier.
Although at hospital today seeing Genetic Councillor so be glad when thats out of the way too.

Blew it again - chippy butty (on wm 400g bread so least hex b)
Plus 1/2 curly wurly

Today been very stressful and head fried so no self control / craving junk - comfort food.
