Had 4 good days so why were my jeans very tight tonight when fitted perfectly 5 days ago. Weird!!!!
So bloated despite eating right :-(

Out tomoz night as been treated out by friends as anniversary pressie and out again sat night for wine + nibbles night. But might opt to drive so then not too tempted

Let's hope bloat goes down cause its hard getting head in gear x

Oops. Food choices ok but had few seeds on salad but poss say they were hex b choice but I didn't end up driving so had half lager then after we all went back to my friends to drink red wine (3 small glasses).

Tonight out again and drinking again (friends doing things for our anniversary + thanks you for help we've given recently) so might be tiny gain Monday but that's ok cause had lovely week and still feel in control. X
 
Yday food ok till evening then 2 bottles carlsberg and then lots nibbles (salted peanuts, crisps etc) them a starbar

So looks like another gain for me Monday but will behave sun + min and hope it evens itself off as was good Monday through to Fri teatime.
