Eating right to be slimbysummer

Had the worst week ever food wise. Thought'd I learnt not to binge/comfort eat but obv not. Last wk was beyond stressful due to lots of hosp visits/tests/genetic specialists. Found myself eating none stop junk (whole cakes, chips, huge lumps of cheese). My tummy is now swollen + painful. Missing healthy food!

Going to try + get head in gear but will be hard ova next 3-4 wks to focus so I need telling on a daily basis to behave as my heads all ova please.

So please can I ask for lots of mgs/comments reminding me why I'm doing this. I so want to get to my official goal. My sw consultant kindly agreed to let me call goal at last wks weigh in then wen all this calmed down in sept I'll reduce it and get to my proper goal (prior to this wks bad wk I was only 9lb away).
 
Taking 1 meal at a time so tea was:

Lg Sweet potatoes with butter bud (1 syn)
2 ikkle corn on cob with butter bud (1 syn)
Chili houmous (3 syns?)
Vanilla muller yog

Earlier had cheese on toast (wm bread - 2 x hex b + cheese 2 x hex a) with peppers, mushrooms, passata
Tiny taste of choc brownie (? Syns)

Not as bad as expected. Gained 1.5lb - now 10st 10.5lb

Not been online for few days. Been busy since thur night at religious convention in Liverpool. Meant 6am early mornings + late nights so take always for tea and snacks through day to keep us going. Plus was my wedding anniversary was Monday so outfit for a feast in the evening.

Feel v bloated but back on it now (at least till sat when I go away)

Been in wales for a wk (back tomoz night) + eaten soooo much rubbish the scales may break Monday night. I feel so bloated. My mil think everything should be coated in lard or from a jar of processed rubbish. And then cause it tastes so awful you feel you deserve the wine, choc etc to get rid of the taste lol.

But will get back on sw from sunday (sat at a wedding so no promises)

Think I'll of gained 5lb over last 2 wk so will mean I'd have 1 stone to get to target. Aiming to be there by Nov but as long as comes off however slow I'll be happy x
 
Weigh in tonight :-(

Lost all sense of behaving last night as in head thought from tomorrow on it so tonight I'll eat everything I can't hav tomoz (box of chocs etc)

Need to get head in gear as I feel so podgy and sluggish x
