Just found we out at friends sun - roast dinner plus pudding + alcohol. Wanted good loss this wk so if have low syn today sat + Monday I hope it'll balance it all out x

Rested this morn as soooo tired. So no bfast other than hot water with lemon

Broc + cauli soup with 20g cheese (1/2 hex a)
Left ova stir fry veg + cheese with hm syn free sweet chili sauce

Hungry so Half tin of cold baked beans

Tue 17th sept - decided to keep food blend for a wk and see if helps calm my stomach down.

6pm - tummy sooooo sore and swollen. Been told fruit + salad can upset stomach so decided just going to hav porridge for every meal for 2-3 days - not sw but apparently oats are good for bloat. Worth a try eh! X
