Rosiepeace - to lose 12lb (-2, 10 to go) (do at least 1.5 hours of exercise each week)
emmaleonie1984 - to loose 14lb ( -1.5, 12.5 to go)
JoJo69 - to loose 14lb (-1.5, 12.5lbs to go)

im going to put myself down for 14lbs but ill have to work hard for this as its been slow going lately

Ok.. I think i'm slacking here.. I can do the exercise adn even though I'm finishing work later next week, there is no reason why I can't go, lol.. so I'm adding to my list of 2 lots of 30 mins swim and 30 mins gym too each week.

Yay had my weigh in and I have lost 4lbs! Really pleased and motivated to keep at it. Just need to do some meal plans as when I get back from work I am sorry hungry I need to get dinner straight away.

I lost nothing, nada, zip. ARGHHHHH!!! I was doing so well then all there was were birthday cakes and parties at the end of the week. I feel soooooooo annoyed. I was doing so well and then it just went to pot. I need to say no when people offer me their birthday cakes but it seems so rude.

DEEP BREATH. Ok despite all the sweet stuff at least I didn't put any weight on. So must try harder.:whip:

You are welcome hun.. Don't worry Lennis, if sts after your sweet and cake frenzy then I'd be happy with that. It'll be off next week as you'll be more determined to get it off. Just a suggestion,not sure if you WI at home.. can you not change your WI day to say a Friday? That will give you your weekend to use your syns and a few more from the next week, and you can pull it all back from Sunday onwards? x
 
I'll think about that seriously. The main reason I do it sundays is because of the other half, plus its my lazy day. I don't have to get up for work or voluntary job. Its nice and relaxed :), with a bit of DIY or gardening thrown in.
