My wii said i lost another 2lbs since last wednesday hmmmmm I am thinking the wii maybe lying I am going to wait until official weigh day :)

I lost 3 lbs this week so am happy with that
am not doing so well on the exercise front at the moment, the weather today isn't helping but I've got my pedometer out and am putting that on every day - am aiming at the mo for over 7000 steps a day - my usual at the moment is 5500 - 6000 so am trying to up that a bit to help out.
