OK didn't do much body magic this week at all, and STS - didn't have a great week all in all. But am still gutted and annoyed with myself. So am planning on getting back on track and losing next week!

Emma, your target is your personal goal and it needs to be something you can reasonably see yourself achieving! You arent letting anyone down by adjusting your goals. In fact, you are being very sensible, because you are being realistic about what is achievable! Plus, if you do exceed that target, then thats a bonus!
 
Wow, good losses on here, Well one MLM :). I lost 2lb this week, given me my half stone ticker :) and only 7 left to go til July 1st. Must beat that, gonna aim for 3lb next week for sure :). Welcome to the group Milliemoo, nice to see you on here. x

Well done everyone on your losses. Sunday was a bit of a bad day for me as I was at a family 'do'. I volunteered to drive so at least no alcohol was consumed but garlic bread and two profiteroles may have passed my lips:eek:
Anyhow back at home now and in control of my food intake. Have been swimming this morning as well so feeling quite virtuous.

Do you have any tips for how you did it ie have you been having lots of scan bran or lots of a specific super speed food.

Any tips would be great!
 
lol no hun,ive been eating loads of free foods and speed foods.
i do have alot of weigh too lose so it is gonna come off quicker at the begining!
i also have no syns during week and have some at a weekend!!
