Updated with my change for this week - have also decided that I'm going to plan my meals this week and try exercising each day once the son has gone to bed.

I lost 1 lb, not what I had hoped for but more determined to get that 3lb nopw next week, by alternating EE, Red and Green Days.

Well done Nikki, I was a bit disappointed with my 1 lb but put it behind me now and moved on determind to lose more this coming week, :)

I done the red and green still alternate!!

i had all my syns plus a few more too and ended up losing more lol

i do eat a punnet of strawberrys a day and i think that helps!!

hi ladies...long time no speak...well after not going last weeks weigh in as i had a rubbish week and i checked on MIL scales and saw a 2.5 pound gain I have lost 2.5 this week (well it would be 4.5 if id been to weigh in) so really happy. I just hope i can keep on the straight and narrow!! I really do need as much help as possible. im not really finding it at the group, the consultant didnt even notice i wasnt there and didnt reply to my txt..we are not a big group either. So i have another 4.5 pounds left on this challenge! Em x

Had weigh in this morning and lost 1lb, waht I expected really as had a bit of a blip Friday involving Strongbow and champagne (strange combination I know).
