We also have them as cold wraps with spring onion cucumber carrot and quorn strips for me whilst he has chicken or beef

Stir fry veg
Add sauce like soy sauce
Soak the wrapper as per instructions about 5 secs check pack then double wrap the filling and bake

I've actually not had a bad week at work at all after all my usual worries. And I'm now off till Tuesday.
Just decided going shopping tomorrow to Manchester City centre not for anything in particular then going to eat in the Chinese restaurant and then go to the Chinese supermarket below it for a few bits

I love looking at menus and as I said we are going to the Wing Yip supermarket underneath after eating
It is one of our regular restaurants so I'm really looking forward to it.
My husband doesn't mind a veggie banquet now and then and he will even eat tofu.
Well I suppose after nearly 16 years I was bound to convert him !

We did have the veggie banquet and it was the same as the online menu I just swapped out the asparagus dish for an aubergine dish instead
We bought home leftovers and my husband said my sweetcorn soup is nicer then theirs !
