MW, you are a flippin shiny shiny star, I have downloaded the app you suggested and been round barcode scanning my whole kitchen!! What a clever app, and at last a proper use of my flaming phone!! According to the app I am allowed 31 PP, I shall do absolutely fine on that as what I had planned today is only 22 so plenty left to add in a bit of extra protein with dinner, from what I can see a small measure of vodka is 2PP's does that sound right?, because 49 weeklies more than accommodates my weekly needs ROFL
I can see I will get on with that no problem, I only really have Thursday night and Friday day time to contend with in a week, the rest of the time I am quite saintly so IF isn't suiting me anymore and with SW my plates were getting bigger and bigger LOL
