My Diary - 'Extra Easy' Weight Loss Starts Here (I hope!)

Day started off well but went downhill in the evening as we had to get a take away and then had wine so off plan really.

Day 93

Sunday 1st May 2011

Breakfast - 2 x sausages (4 syns), bacon, scrambled egg & tomato sauce (0.5 syns)
Banana

Lunch - Jacket potato with beans and cheese (HEa)

Snacks - none

Supper - Pizza - small 9 inch one base (syns) with tomato sauce, moz cheese (syn), red pepper, onion, chicken breast & rocket

Drinks - Mineral Water, green tea, Diet Coke, Cava (16 syns) and white wine (12 syns)

Exercise - None
 
Last day of our holiday so still not properly on plan as not 100% counting syns (I know I should have learnt after last week!!!) - back on it tomorrow though!!! I'm dreading weighing and seeing what I'll gained :(

Day 94

Monday 2nd May 2011

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEb) with semi skimmed milk (HEa)
Banana

Lunch - Roast lamb with potatoes, carrots, swede, peas, brocolli, and gravy (not sure on syn value!)

Snacks - none

Supper - Pizza again!!! This time its a 12inch base (syns???) with tomato sauce, moz cheese (syn???), red pepper, onion, chicken breast & rocket

Drinks - Mineral Water, green tea, Diet Coke, Dry White Wine (8 syns) and Beaujolais (??? syns)

Exercise - Rock Pooling with my 3 year old which was hard work as I had to lift him everywhere!!!
 
Panic time as looks like I'm heading for a 2lb gain at best - will know more tomorrow morning when I weigh at the proper time :( Bloody pizza hey!!! Back on the proper exercise today and then some extreme minimising of syns for tomorrow & Wednesday!!! So angry with myself - why didn't I learn from last week?!? :( Not 100% plan as no HEb!

Day 95

Tuesday 3rd May 2011

Breakfast - Muller Light Toffee Flavour

Lunch - Sushi (2 syn) and sashimi with edaname beans, squid & rocket salad and miso soup (3 syns)

Snacks - none

Supper - Extra Lean Lamb steaks with oven roasted sliced and purple sprouting broccoli

Drinks - Mineral Water, green tea, Diet Coke, tea with semi skimmed milk (HEa) and a glass of milk (remaining HEa)

Exercise - 10 mins on exercise bike (5k burning 106cals)
Then another 20 mins on exercise bike (9.5k burning 200cals)
100 sit ups using Delta machine
 
As I feared I was 2lbs up on my last weigh in weight this morning when I checked :( So lots of exercise today and no syns!!!

Day 96

Wednesday 4th May 2011

Breakfast - Muller Vanilla and chocolate sprinkles Flavour
Banana

Lunch - 2 x weetabix with semi skimmed milk and sweetener
Apple

Snacks - cooked chicken breast pieces

Supper - Homemade Minestrone soup with onions, garlic, lean smoked bacon, chicken stock, leek, courgette, sweetheart cabbage, tinned tomatoes, celery, carrots potato and belotti beans


Drinks - Mineral Water 2 litres , green tea and tea with semi skimmed milk (HEa)

Exercise - 15 mins on exercise bike (7k burning 106cals)
Aqua Aerobics (45 mins burning approx 600cals)
Then another 15 mins on exercise bike (7k burning 150cals)
100 sit ups using Delta machine
 
Weighed again this morning and I've managed to pull back a bit of the weight I'd gained. Mind you I know that doesn't mean a thing until official weigh in day!!! Fingers crossed...

Day 97

Thursday 5th May 2011

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEb) with semi skimmed milk (HEa)
Banana

Lunch - Homemade Minestrone soup with onions, garlic, lean smoked bacon, chicken stock, leek, courgette, sweetheart cabbage, tinned tomatoes, celery, carrots potato and belotti beans
Apple

Snacks - cooked chicken breast pieces

Supper - Salmon salad with green beans, broccoli boiled egg and herb & salad leaves

Drinks - Mineral Water, green tea, Diet Coke, tea with semi skimmed milk (HEa)

Exercise - 15 mins on exercise bike (7k burning 150cals)
Then another 15 mins on exercise bike (6.75k burning 140cals)
min jog/run (2.3k burning 126cals)
 
Yay! 0.5 lbs lost - not much but better than STS or a gain - phew!!!

Day 98

Friday 6th May 2011

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEb) with semi skimmed milk (HEa)

Lunch - Chicken salad with piri piri chicken breast, boiled egg, herb & salad leaves with syn free dressing

Supper - Special Fried Rice (SW Mag May/June 2011)

Drinks - Mineral Water, green tea, Sugar Free Red Bull, tea with semi skimmed milk (HEa) & 2 x glasses of white wine (12 syns)

Saturday 7th May 2011

Breakfast - 2 x boiled eggs with 1 x slice of wholemeal toast (1/2 of HEb) with low fat spread (0.5 syns)
Banana

Lunch - Tinned spaghetti on wholemeal toast (1/2 of HEb) with 2 x mini babybel lights (HEa)
Apple

Snacks - 1 x Mini babybel light (remaining HEa)
roast chicken thigh (fat & skin removed)

Supper - Homemade bento box with seared lime & corriander tuna on an asian salad, chicken stirfry with Oyster sauce (1 syn), plain rice, 3 pieces of sushi and miso soup (1.5 syns)

Drinks - Mineral Water, green tea, Sugar Free Red Bull, coke zero & 2 x glasses of cava (12 syns)

Exercise - None :(

Supper - Chicken and veg pasta bake made with chicken breast, passatta, courgette, carrot, garlic, celery, onion and pasta twirls with a low fat cheese topping (HEa)

Drinks - Mineral Water (1.5 litres), green tea, Sugar Free Red Bull, coke zero, tea with semi skimmed milk (0.5 syns) & 3 x glasses of Cava (12 syns) to celebrate Seb Vettel's win :D

Exercise - 15 mins on exercise bike (7.4k burning 162cals)

Snacks - 2 x Ryvita (1/2 of HEb) with 2 x laughing cows (1/2 of HEa)

Supper - was meant to be Chilli with rice topped with 21 g low fat cheese (1/2 of HEa) BUT I started throwing up this afternoon and couldn't manage anything else all day apart from water & a few mouthfulls of mashed potato :(

Drinks - Mineral Water (approx 2 litres), green tea and coke zero

Exercise - 15 mins on exercise bike (7.6k burning 167cals)
Gutted as had to cancel - Legs, Bums & Tums (1 hour) :(
 
Still very poorly - as it hubs and my eldest son :( Just hoping my baby doesn't catch the sickness bug now!!!

Supper - Vegetable pasta with 2 x pork sausages (5 syns)

Drinks - Mineral Water (approx 1.5 litres), green tea and Options Indulgence Hot Chocolate (3 syns)

Another tough day - not 100% but managed to get back on plan & do some exercise! Showing no losses on the scales so far this week yet though :(

Wednesday 11th May 2011

1/4 of a treatsize pack of Cadbury's Buttons (1 syn)

Supper - chilli with lean beef mince, tinned tomato, chick peas, butter beans, onion, garlic, green pepper, chilli, corriander, cumin, paprika and served with Veetee rice (approx 1 syn)

Drinks - Mineral Water (approx 2 litres) and tea with semi skimmed (HEa)

Exercise - 30 mins at the gym (cardio & leg weights)
Aqua aerobics/swim gym (45 mins)
 
So annoyed with myself today - gave into chocolate temptation (still under syns though). But it looks like I'm not going to lose a thing this week thanks to my sickness bug & it being star week! :(

Yay! I did it - I managed the 1.5 lbs required to take me to my initial target and give me my 2 stone lost award too :D So I'm at target ... for today... as i'll be resetting for 8 lbs lower tomorrow!!!

Day 105

Friday 13th May 2011

Not a great day as I was very hungry as out all day and couldn't have any healthy extras as I saved them for supper :( No exercise either...But I have altered my taregt weight! Just 8lbs to go now :D (I hope lol!)

Thank you :D Feel free to take a peek ;) I do tend to repeat recipes quite a lot if they taste good or work well. I've also tried to adapt meals I had before SW so I don't feel so hard done by lol! You've been doing really well - lots of shiny awards there ;) x
 
Managed some time on the exercise bike today as well as some gardening so feel much better! All on plan but did use syns for wine and always feel guilty after that for some reason!?!
