Oh dear is all I can say about yesterday :( I was so good food wise but once I started on the fizzy wine that was it... It will be a difficult week trying to make up for this now :( Silly me!

Supper - Chilli made with extra lean mince, onions, garlic, tinned tomato, courgette, passatta, red pepper, green pepper, kidney beans and cannellini beans. Served with plain rice, sweetcorn on the cob & topped with a mini babybel light (1/3 HEa)

Drinks - Mineral Water (approx 1.5 litres), tea with skimmed milk (1/3 HEa) and sugar free red bull

Thanks sweetie! I don't feel like its going well at the moment though as my losses have slowed down and my belly still isn't shrinking enough for me to fit in my 'goal' jeans :( It doesn't help that I keep having 'blow out' days at the weekends as I spend all week struggling to make up for it lol! :eek:

I've totally lost the plot with it all and seriously need to get my head back in the game but been really poorly for 10 days now and it seems a vodka(or 5) helps in the evenings, especially with my crappy job bringing me down all the time. So looking for a new job and tonight I'm proud to say is alcohol free!

I know what you mean about blow out days and when it begins to get more regular I feel like the fat girl is coming back :-(

Oh no whats up? Hope you feel better soon! I know what you mean - when I'm ill I sleep loads better after some vino to relax me! Hope you find something new job wise - its awful when you hate work as it 'sadly' takes up so much of our life!

I've had flu and lost my voice for 3 whole days!! Finally it feels like it's subsiding and hopefully tomorrow things will be better. Going to try and stick within my syns now and not beat myself up about eating things I want because like you said we are so close and we will do this :) hopefully be even closer in time for when you go to the F1 (by the way I'm possibly the most jealous person EVER that you going...hehe) and hopefully by my holiday!!! Xx

These final lbs seem to be taking forever :( only lost 0.5 this week *boo hoo*

Oh yes in 3 weeks I'll be at sunny Silverstone! I cant wait :) Would have been nice to lose these 3lbs but it'll be hard work at this rate... How long until your hols now? Xxx

Still got 10 weeks until my hols but the weight is going up and not down at the moment :-( xxxx
