my diary ~ no more CD for me

Hoping you're okay and resting.
When you feel tired and ill and rubbish, it's totally normal to feel like giving up and eating. You wouldn't be human if you didn't.
You really have come so far though-miles and miles further than most people who start CD though.
Thinking of you today-let us know how you are when you get chance

xx

Thanks everyone. I still feel ill but not so fed up any more.

Isobel suggested I do cd790 or 1000 for the next week while I'm sick so I agreed to do the 790. Hopefully it should stop me cheating because I'm so stuffed off my meal. I have had 1 pack and 1 meal so far today, can't believe I still have another 2 packs and loads of water to go yet.

I even managed to lose 1lb in the past week after having 3 bad days!

I've ran out of parcetamol so feeling extra bad right now. I think I need to have a bath and an early night.

It's 6 15 and this is the first chance I've had to rest because of having to go and buy food etc. I'm knackered!

MInd yourself. This too will pass. Hope you are feeling better soon. Its just a low point ........you will be well again soon and back on track.

Ive decided I really must go and find out what bra size I am and get a new bra very soon. At work today I had to keep hiding out the back to go and put myself away because they kep falling out every time I moved. That is not good. I might as well have gone braless alltogether. not good.

I tried going to see the building society today about my mortgage and they told me to go away and come back when I'm working full time cos they wouldn't allow me to take my ex's name off the mortgage on what I'm earning. It means nothing to them that he has paid nothing towards it for the past 3 years . I undertand their reasons but it's so frustrating that they wont let me do it. the most they will let me borrow is 19 000 and I need double that. big meanies they are!

I haven't managed to get any paracetamol :(

They never mentioned anything about anyone being guarantor for me but I doubt my mam would be able to since the shop I work in is her business so if I lose my job then it'll mean that she's lost her shop too so neither of us would have any money.

hmm well maybe I'll try a different place to get a mortgage if they're not going to help me out then they don't deserve my custom (or whatever you call it) do they

Why dont you try the Halifax? or HSBC....HSBC are meant to be more generous with their mortgages, and I am sure you should find it easy enough as I would imagine there is quite a lot of equity in your property.....best thing to do though might be to go see an independent financial adviser....they usually know who are giving the best deals at the moment and the best places for you to apply to....most of them wont charge you but will want you to take your life cover out with them as they get a commission on that....hope that helps a bit!!

Great advice Kazz.....:D

Thanks Kazz I will try elsewhere. I saw a solicitor a while ago and he gave me details of an independant financial advisor so I'll hunt that card out and give them a ring. The solicitor said that they should be able to find me somewhere that will give me a mortgage.

I'm feeling really bad now I'm considering asking for tomorrow off. It'll give me a chance to buy some paracetamol anyway. I feel like a kid asking for a day off school again lol.

I went and dropped my phone in the bath too (full of water not empty) so now it keeps doing strange things. Hope it's not knackered. It's insured anyway so not too bad if it is broke.

Hiya Hun, My friend is a single parent with 3 kids and on a part time wage with very little income and has a mortgage with HSBC.

Definately worth a try, the worst they can say is no and you wont be any worse off x

Oh and there's about £70 000 equity in the house so twice as much as what I need to borrow almost. That should make anyone want to jump at giving me the mortgage shouldn't it lol. Or do they think that what I want to borro wisn't worth their while with all the hundreds of thousands people are having to borrow to get a house now?

me & phones dont mix....I have dropped about 6 mobiles into drinks, never to be revived again, spilled coffee over a good few phones in work as welll....they went to heaven as well...and the one I have know keeps playing trix on me!!

See how you feel in the morning before taking the day off....u might just get bored at home all day...cant belive I actually said that!!

The more equity you have the better....it means that if you default on the mortgage the banks are almost guaranteed all of their money back so they usually like people with equity!!
