My SF Diary

It's not a bad thing for the odd day off plan as it mixes up your metabolism and can kickstart weight loss. I'd love to hide my scales but can't!
 
A bad day or bad weekend?? ;-)

I'm feeling a lot more positive today but I still feel the same about weighing myself once every 2 weeks. I'll see how I get on :)

B - OSS with skimmed milk and banana

L - 3 crumpets with WW strawberry jam 2pp

D - leftover Quorn chilli and homemade oven chips

S - had a white chic KitKat chunky 7pp :-/

Run tonight too although even at this early time of the morning, my motivation is zero for it!

Kit kat like I fancy the double choc, will have to wait till I get some more pp on fri though. Not many left now after this wk end, ate a lot!
 
The white choc one is Devine! I really want the peanut butter one... mmmmm!
 
Morning :) not in the best of mood today... Woke up on the wrong side of the bed as thy say! And I left my banana at home, which of course means a disaster....

L - 3 crumpets and WW Jam 10pp

D - I'm going to a noodle bar tonight with a friend, so I'll have special noodles, which is about 11pp I think.

I know if don't have any weeklies left so just going to be careful with dinner. I know portions can vary at these places but if I go over by a couple of points i'm not too worried xxx

My fav, I wish they did them all year though, wouldn't eat so many at Easter then!
 
I love them too... And the mini eggs. I've managed to avoid them both so far

I've come into work to a KitKat chunky peanut butter flavor on my desk! :-o I will NOT have it. I'm being good. My willpower feels strong today :)

D - not sure yet as I'm going to visit my niece straight after work as its her birthday and I've made her a cake :)

S - banana and WW bagel to tide me over whilst visits my niece
 
My willpower was not strong.... I've had pizza hut takeaway :'( oh bloody hell
