Hi all, I'm back from training which was good fun
real tired though.... This is my diary for the weekend and I'll need a little help with pointing please
DAY 3 - Saturday
B - OSS and skimmed milk, banana
L - now, this was homemade lasagne but I was scared of how many points it would be, so had just a little of the mince, none of the actual pasta. How many points do you think? Probs had about 2 dessert spoons of the filling....I had some sweetcorn and baked beans as well 0pp. I then wanted some of the salad cos I was still hungry, that was tomato and cucumber, about tsp of homemade coleslaw (how many points??) and about half of a homemade quiche (again, how many points??)
D - wholeheat veggie pasta i'd already made.
S - 2 apples and x2 WW bar 4pp
DAY 4 - Sunday
B - OSS and banana, apple
L - Beef roast. 3 slices of beef, 3 roasties, green beans and carrots. Going to say 2pp for oil on the roasties and 2pp for the gravy. (do you think that's enough?)
D - chicken chow mein. Going to say 12pp
S - WW bagel and tsp of WW jam 1pp, apple. WW bar x 2 4pp. OSS skimmed milk
For the lunch on Saturday I was thinking of pointing it at 10 to be on the safe side?? What do you girls think? Going to say 4pp for semi skimmed milk for coffee over the weekend. 10pp remaining.
I've eaten loads today! But all within point I think. Just hoping my pointing is right. Going to try and stick to sf all week without using too many points xxx
