I didn't... That one is still on my desk! My sister bought me one and I ate half. Ironically, I didn't like it so much! So binned the other half....

Thank you both. I do feel really down and quite teary about it. How stupid! I know I can start again tomorrow but it's like I've got a devil on my shoulder who is telling me I can't do it. So I binge and then feel so guilty.

Urgh! Why???? I need to sort myself out. I've got training again this weekend so can be good and I plan to only use my weeklies on the stuff that isn't sf there.

I've got 10lbs until goal, that shouldn't be so hard to achieve should it? I know they say the last few are the hardest, but this is stupid. I really wanted my Christmas weight to have been gone by now but I'm still no where near it and it'll defo be worse after this week.

ARRRRRGGGGHHHH!
 
No more sad faces from now on! We are both within a stone of our goal and have been doing this too long and worked too hard to give up! Like you I'm sick of seeing the same pounds go on and off again. You are gonna prove that little devil wrong and get to goal and I am going to stop thinking that the odd extra points won't make any difference.
We both know what we need to do and tomorrow is our brand new start. Hope you feel better hon. Xxxxx

Today is the start! I'm feeling positive and in a good mood :) I'm pointing everything, even any SS milk that my colleagues put in my coffee (I didn't before...)

I'm working lates today but have my food planned out, which will be eaten a bit later than normal. I'm making a big load of veggie whole wheat pasta to take with for training too, so in in control of my dinners when I'm there.

DAY 1

49pp remaining

B - WW bagel with scrambled egg

L - 3 crumpets with tsp of marmite on 2 and tsp ww jam on the other 1pp

D - Wholewheat pasta and Quorn made chilli

S - banana and some fruit selection from Tesco. plain toasted WW bagel

1pp used 48 remaining

Thanks girls, I do feel real positive today. A good sleep helped I think.

Training starts tomorrow for the weekend MrsLmc, but needed to get the food cooked today. I've to pack my stuff up yet too!

But what I'm not feeling positive about is this training all weekend... Urgh! Just finished work now and will be leaving shortly to start training at 7-9.30pm! *tired*
 
Hi all, I'm back from training which was good fun :) real tired though.... This is my diary for the weekend and I'll need a little help with pointing please :)

DAY 3 - Saturday

B - OSS and skimmed milk, banana

L - now, this was homemade lasagne but I was scared of how many points it would be, so had just a little of the mince, none of the actual pasta. How many points do you think? Probs had about 2 dessert spoons of the filling....I had some sweetcorn and baked beans as well 0pp. I then wanted some of the salad cos I was still hungry, that was tomato and cucumber, about tsp of homemade coleslaw (how many points??) and about half of a homemade quiche (again, how many points??)

D - wholeheat veggie pasta i'd already made.

S - 2 apples and x2 WW bar 4pp

DAY 4 - Sunday

B - OSS and banana, apple

L - Beef roast. 3 slices of beef, 3 roasties, green beans and carrots. Going to say 2pp for oil on the roasties and 2pp for the gravy. (do you think that's enough?)

D - chicken chow mein. Going to say 12pp

S - WW bagel and tsp of WW jam 1pp, apple. WW bar x 2 4pp. OSS skimmed milk

For the lunch on Saturday I was thinking of pointing it at 10 to be on the safe side?? What do you girls think? Going to say 4pp for semi skimmed milk for coffee over the weekend. 10pp remaining.

I've eaten loads today! But all within point I think. Just hoping my pointing is right. Going to try and stick to sf all week without using too many points xxx

I think that you've pointed fairly. It's so hard to know when you aren't in control though! I think you'll be fine and well done on your will power. Xx
 
Thanks hun. Last night everyone orders dominoes in and had beers... I'm SO proud of myself for not having either. Not even one slice :)
