Ha ha I gave up! I started making a beef braise for tonight and the casserole dish exploded! Then washing liquid spilled all over the floor. I ended up eating 6 kinder bars out of frustration! Oh dear!

I cleaned but just had fish and chips lol. New week starts tomorrow :)

I hope so! We're off out for a meal so debating whether to do a pp day or just stick to sf? I get a bit snack happy on pp!

Monday. I've just got to be good this weekend but gonna be hard with the in laws coming so gonna have a couple of pp days. Hopefully cam keep within weeklies. X
 
I'm wary about pp but not sure my heart is in either plan right now. I'm trying but know this is going to be a challenging few weeks. X

Have a Chinese meal out tomorrow but going to stick to a chicken starter and chow mein so prob 8 weeklies. This is the season of parties so just have to do out best! I can put weight on very quickly- once put on 7lbs in 4 days !! So aiming to make this dec different x

Ok so a surprising day- ended up pointing and staying under points! Had a sainsburys good for you chicken and mushroom pie (10pp), a pack of ww crisps (2pp) and time out finger (2pp)


Total today 24pp

Think I'll point tomorrow as we're out for a meal :)
 
You and this forum helps! I think the 1.5 on helps kick it into gear. The test is going to be when we're off from ww for two weeks ;{

Yesterday was interesting as it was a sf day until 5.25- might try that 'trick' today as were out for a Chinese with friends. I'm driving so I can't drink lol

Driving is a great control mechanism! Drinking is often my downfall as mentally plan what I'll drink and go over!
I too am worried about losing it in a fortnight's time. But just gotta hang in there.
Good plan eating sf foods til the meal. When I'm off sf I feel much hungrier and want to nibble more!

Dinner is prob going to be less but not taking a chance

Ok so planning to drive didn't work out but only used 16 weeklies which isn't bad for a night out!

Simply filling starts Saturday !

Breakfast- 2ww petit pains and bacon medallions- just like mcdonalds lol
