That really made me laugh!!! I am enjoying it- another do today but I'm not drinking as I've work in the morning and had enough last night lol

Not tracking today but hope to get back to it on Monday x

How's your party season?
 
My party season is pretty quiet actually. I have my works do on Friday, then just a couple of drinks with friends the days before Xmas. For me the trouble spots are the cosy days in, I want cheese and crackers, hot chocolates, tiffin and boxes of chocs as I snuggle up with a festive film! Haha! Thank goodness got another week at work to keep me busy! It's getting more and more tricky to avoid all the scrummy food in the supermarket and the chocolates will start coming into work this week for sure! Oh well!

You have lots of parties don't you! You seem to be managing well though! Good work! Xx

Don't be sorry at all!! This year I seem to be out loads! Last night was champagne, a couple of vodkas, three course dinner. That was on top of chip shop for lunch. Only good thing is that I cleaned the house allll day.

Just do what you can. It's so hard to get back on track, if I know I can't have a really good week sometimes I'm just gone. But a little bit of being good is better than none! X
 
I think as long as we try and be good on the days we're not partying ;-) its better than a full on falling off the wagon jobby! xxx
 
Right- I'm so back after being AWOL!

Breakfast- turkey breast meat and a spoonful of extra light mayo

Lunch- roast beef

Dinner- roast beef and 2 ww wraps

I'm not getting back on plan until the new year, the house is full of too much temptation! X
 
I'm back but not fully fully iykwim! 15 weeklies used and we are staying in a hotel tonight so it will start more on friday
 
I'm just going to try and attempt to get some structure back to my eating. I'm not counting but at least eating 3 regular meals would be a start. All I've been doing is eating constantly!

Oh I really enjoyed it :)

Def back on it today- simply filling

Breakfast- all bran and skimmed milk

Lunch- bacon medallions and actifry chips

Dinner- roast beef, potatoes and carrot and parsnip

Have been cleaning on and off all day so hope that's going to help!
 
Day two simply filling!

Breakfast- all bran and skimmed milk

Lunch- actifry chips

Dinner- potatoes, veg and extra lean mince(garlic and onions in it)

Snacks- clementines!!

Cleaned today so allowed some gravy over dinner!
