Nomes diaries

Updating yesterday lol- I was off plan as sicky bad :(

I used 15 weeklies for dinner. Hope to stick to 26pp tomorrow x
 
Morning mets! It's a sore throat and ear- I've just been very run down recently so think its that.

Breakfast- all bran and skimmed milk- 5pp

Skimmed milk and coffee- 1pp

Lunch- tortilla wrap and lettuce and chicken breast- 8pp

Dinner- tba
 
Aww nomes are you on half term? I always find I get myself run down during term time and then if it's gonna come out as illness it does it in the holidays! Hope you feel better soon.

Just couldn't stop eating :( at all :(

Breakfast- fruit
All bran and skimmed milk

Lunch- boiled rice and tuna

Dinner- beef in black bean sauce and noodles

45 min walk

Thanks - I think that getting within the last half stone makes me complacent and then I eat. Problem is I end up eating like its my last meal . Think it's constant pain (background continuous pain but not severe) that tires me out then I eat crap to give me energy. Setting my next time goal for Easter x
 
The complacency thing is hard. I go through dips of being really motivated and then think, oh well a little bit won't hurt. It's so annoying. I've found this weekend tough going.
You'll get back on track Nomes, better to be one week on and one week off than never on! You'll get there soon! Xx

Yep can totally relate Nomes. I'm always off/on plan because I get complacent. I think as long as we keep trying, it's the best we can do at the time. Keep going hun! You're so close :)
 
Complacency had struck me big time tonight. I went to WI, 1lb off and I know it's good but I kinda expected more and I've STILL not lost all the Xmas weight! then got like oh I'm going away at the weekend I'm gonna deffo put on and thought sod it and ate 2 small dairy milks. Oh dear. I shall try to be good for next 2 days before I officially go off plan for 4 days.

Thing is we know when we do it and we get back on it again before too much damage is done. You've come so far and will get there slowly but surely! Xxx

U can do it nomes, starting again is the hard part, once u get into it u will be fine!
 
Well done for the loss Becks! :D that's brilliant. I know how you feel though - when you expect more of a loss, you think "oh sod it, what's the point!" we'll I know I do anyway....

I wi at slimming world- 6 on in the last two weeks :( but still on plan so not giving up!

It is just depressing at times- I think because I'm so tired all the time!
 
Have u put 6lb on whilst following the sw plan or have u been off plan?

Is that a true reflection though hun? The scales will be different.... You haven't been that bad have you?? it'll come off again in no time xxxx
