Hey guys so sorry not been on here for a while the app on my iPhone were playing up!!
Hope ur both having a fab weekend despite this awful weather!! Ive been completely off track this weekend as I've been out partying lol not weighed myself I'm gonna do it next sat after being 100% for a week. My oh comes back from Southampton today so looking forward to seeing him :) how you guys been? Xx
 
Hello! Glad you're ok, was worried bout you,that's great your OH is back today,had a busy weekend,picking the OH's sister and nephew up from the station this afternoon.

Pub meal is tonight..yum lol.Sts this week but am ok with it as had nearly all my weeklies on Friday night at pizza hut! Hope all goes well at the gym tonight,that's good you've been 100% :0)

So my food diary today 30/4/12:
Porridge 4pp

2x ham rolls 7pp
French fries 2pp
Hot choc 1pp
Sf jelly 0pp

Quorn chilli n cheese 4pp
Wrap 3pp

Banana x 2 0pp
Melba toast 2pp

23 used so far so got 8 left to play with :) have a few snacks later

Also done 40 mins at the gym and earnt 5pp yay :)
 
Well done for having points left over and for having a good workout at the gym :0) yea got my totm today aswell so a Sts is even better today lol
 
Thank you :) yeah me too I stop taking my pill tomo so will prob happen at weekend :/ lol
I'm gonna go gym tomorrow, thurs and maybe friday if all goes to plan lol
