ProPoints Sarah's i will be thin diary

I have bottles of the flavoured stuff. I had an addiction to vitamin water before I realised it wasn't free!!! Lemon squash all the way for me! I'm hardcore lol xx

Just a thought Sarah why don't you try some healthy and filling days and see if that helps as you won't have to restrict what you have but might help you stay on track?

Sounds good!

Thanks for your support guys! My friend goes to meeting and has them sweets so I may get her to pick me some packs up just to suck or chew when I get a taste for food but it's not meal times yet. You two are doing so well and have so many good ideas for food!
I think I need to be more creative and think about my food more.
I'm scared of doing fully and healthy days as I feel their too much like slimming world and I'll just indulge again...and I don't understand how u can have crumpets and peiti pains on it? Surely u have to limit them?
I think I'm going gym tonight do that may give me another kick up the bum :) xxx

I will post it later on today when I have more time. Personally if I was doing a filling and healthy day I would still limit my bread intake and just follow my body but it's worth trying to see of it could work better for you when you are at work. X

I haven't tried it but its supposed to be really yummy

One thing I did think of earlier about what you said last night about losing for your hols...maybe you are putting too much pressure on yourself and it gets to you.Do you know what I mean?

Yeah I completely agree with you, I'm panicking as I know it's only 6 weeks away and thinking oh god look at me. I just need to chill out and not think about it too much....I stress to much lol

Glad you knew what I meant,it's not always easy to come across right in txt! I think we humans (especially women) do tend to beat ourselves up.Might be worth trying to go 'with the flow' see how you get on,plus after seeing your pics I think you've come very far but I know it's personal to you and how you feel :0)

Yeah I know what you mean :)
I'm very hardh on myself I've gotta be honest :/
Like u said I'm gonna go with the flow n just try as hard as I can sticking my my points etc n see how I go :)
Thanks for the comment about the pics! Made me smile :D
