I've just finished off my points by having a curly wurly 3pp and some toast 5pp yay 100% day and I'm not hungry woo!!

Curly wurly were very nice indeed!!
I've started to take a pack of Melba toast to work to eat with the children when they have tea as that's when I normally pick and today it worked :)
 
Me and the OH(and Lola) are off to the Norfolk broads for a week tomorrow :0) OH booked it last week! So just dog walking for me lol
 
Thank you :0) my Jillian Michaels DVD came today so I will start that in two Mondays time as will have bits to do once I'm home and want to start it when can do it properly! Plus Tescos had run out of those weights so will get some in Argos instead!

Ahh that's a shame about the dumbells!! Least Argos have them though :)

Lol here's hoping with the stick! Yea the week I saw the weights they only had a set left but didn't have the money and since then they haven't had anymore in so thought try Argos.Thanks about my day,we are leaving after lunch,I won't be about for a week so I will catch up with you next week,have a great 100% week :0) enjoy today!

Doing really well x It's really helped with managing portion sizes etc :) Didn't have much to lose - just the toning up to do now tbh! x Expect weight loss to grind to a halt pretty soon :) Don't feel like I'm depriving myself at all though, which is nice!
 
That's good to hear :) I agree with the portion control as I were doing slimming world before this and can't believe how I lost weight eating so many carbs!! Loads of pasta especially!
Ive been yoyoing on weight watchers for a couple of weeks or so now but I needed to get my head in the game which I've now done!! So today's diary consists of:
Porridge 4pp

2x ham rolls 7pp
French fries 2pp
Sf jelly 0pp
Hot choc 1pp

Pasta, mushrooms and passata 12pp

Banana
Manderines juice drained
Bread 4pp
Bite of sandwhich 2pp
Melba toast 2pp
34/31 dailies
3/49 weeklies

2pp earned from exercise
 
Thank you :) yeah I'm motivated again now woo!! Today I've had
Weetabix and milk 5pp

Mints 1pp

Vege chilli 4pp

Quavers 3pp
Pear 0pp
Bite of scone 2pp
Melba toast 2pp

This leaves me with 5pp to play with when I get peckish in a bit :)
