I haven't had Melba toast in years but used to love them. I've added them to my shopping list. It's so nice having a nosey at what others are eating to get ideas! Ham rolls, Mmmmm!
I really enjoy it and takes off the craving of food!!
I've failed miserably the last week once again so im back on here trying to undo the damage, I've got 4 weeks and 3 days until my holiday now and I haven't got enough time to look how I want to but I can at least try and lose a fair bit!!

Just adding to my diary ive had jacket potato and Tuna for 8pp so I've still got 5 left!
I've just been gym and burnt 270 calories and going swimming still at 8! Not got anything planned till next sat so hopefully ill be 100% food wise
Just been swimming for 45 mins so average about 45-50 lengths also had curly wurly and 2 got chops to make 5pp all used today yay to a 100% day and I'm deffo gonna sleep well with all the exercise lol
