Sunday Weighers... or is it only me?

Well done Jenna on your loss. Target in sight now. I'm definitely in. Gained 1lb this week which isn't good but could have been loads worse. Had three very good days since my return from the UK. Need to get my head round why I eat so badly when away. 11 8 1/4.

Would dearly love to achieve my four stone by 9th January which is the anniversary of me starting this journey. 11 2 1/2. Five and three quarter pounds over five weigh ins including Christmas week. I can do this. I can do this.

Plan for today

B'fast: fruit and fat free yogurt
Lunch: veg soup and an orange
Dinner: salmon burger, stir fry veg and soba noodles (HEB) sugar free jelly with raspberries and yogurt (1 syn)
Snacks: apple (gone) carrot sticks with mango and chilli dip (HEA and 2 syns) options chocolate 1 syn

Exercise

Just done an hour walk (Vienna zoo and the park) and will do 30min session of kettlebells when I've drunk my peppermint tea.

I manage to stick to plan really well until about 8.30pm at night when the munchies set in. What do you eat that is free when this happens?
 
You can do it daisy! Ok what I usually eat if I'm peckish (not so much recently as I've been $hit but I'm back in the game) includes...grapes , pineapple, apples (sometimes dipped in a yoghurt), carrot sticks and banana! Basically fruit or if I'm wanting free then a yoghurt. I sometimes save my second heb so that when I'm watching tv I can have toast ...occasionally with cheese if I've saved my a choice!

I hade a bad but not disastrous day yesterday and I am 2.5lbs UP this morning taking me back above target. I need to stop messing about now and buckle down before I go to the UK for Christmas. God only knows how much I'll gain over the 2 weeks we're in England!

Feeling very demoralised just now but am back on the straight and narrow today.

I've heard that getting the right balance for maintaining weight takes some getting used to so don't get disheartened. Focus on what you have achieved. 2 1/2 lbs can go as easily as it came!

It sounds as though the three of us have about 5 or 6 lbs to lose in the next few weeks. Let's do it!
 
Just cut up two carrots and made a mango dip with 1 tblsp chutney, fat free yogurt and half my HEB A of Philly cheese.

Thanks for the ideas Jenna. Off to find a pineapple tomorrow.

Done my kettlebell session and feeling very virtuous. This will quickly change to agony when I have to climb the 40 plus steps to the apartment!!
 
I agree with daisy, don't be too hard on yourself Louise! It'll be off next week.
I've two weigh ins to lose 3.5lbs. Not sure ill do it but hell I'm going to try. An out on the 15th for my first Xmas do so want to hit it by then (it's a Saturday so weighing a day early that week). 13 days . That's half a pound or so every 2 days ahhh gonna knuckle down!
 
So far so good. Now is the danger time so will go out for a walk and have saved a banana and options drink for this evening. I will not give in and that will give me the first perfect day of seven!

Really going to make the effort to find an exercise DVD today. Wonder if they have the 30Day shred here? It is my slimming group this afternoon and my turn to do the topic of the week - festive eating tips - so any ideas welcome

Still hanging in here by the skin of my teeth - I ate constantly yesterday, all on plan though and I only had 6 syns. No exercise though. I'm VERY pre-menstrual and just can not be ar*ed to be quite honest!

Have you access to YouTube? All 3 levels of the Shred on are on there.

I've been taking anti-depressants for about 2 1/2 years for chronic PMS (bordering on suicidal at times) but am trying to wean myself off them. This is my first month with the lower dose and I can feel the difference but I'm still nowhere near as bad as I was. I'll see how I go.

Another Green day for me today so I can graze on potatoes and pasta!!!

Well done Jenna. I couldn't survive on that amount of food! Maybe that's why my losses are slower. Have been 95% today against my plan but still within SW syns. Just succumbed to three squares of 85% cocoa chocolate. Bought 30 day shred and weights but haven't had time to try it out today. I know - why am I on the Internet when I could be exercising. Give the woman a break!!!
 
It's surprising how quickly your body gets use to eating less food. I have to get a small kebab now as I can't eat a large anymore lol

At what point can I expect the smaller appetite to kick in? I've been doing this since January and I eat as much now as I did then!
