Sunday Weighers... or is it only me?

Today's actual: -
Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal HEB, Philly Light HEA
Lunch: Chicken, salad + olive oil 1/2 HEB
Dinner: Scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, ketchup 1 syn
Snacks: Fruit, Alpen Light 1/2 HEB, 0% yoghurt, kit kat 4.5 syns

Exercise: None - again :eek:
 
Ooh just realised that this Sunday is my last WI until after Christmas. I'm in the UK from 14 to 28 December so my next WI will be 30 December. I dread to think of the damage I'm going to do!

I don't think you will do as much damage as you think! By now, SW is a way of eating not a diet, so even if you stray it won't be a full blown move away from it, I'm sure. Think how hard you've worked to reach target - you don't want to throw it away do you? That's what this buffer is for! To give you some leeway.

I have friends staying and it is hellishly difficult to stay focused. Everyone else is eating cake and custard and drinking wine. I am so determined to lose some weight this week that I refuse to give in to temptation but it's soooo hard!
 
Like Daisy says I think you will of course have off plan days but reckon that unless it's a 'special day' you'll try to stick to SW where possible...even if you don't think it now..more faith in yourself lady.

I hate Saturday's...well I love them cause I'm off work but by God I hate that constant paranoia of ''what weigh am I?''
 
Ladies, your obvious social lives in comparison to my non existent one today is making me sad :( There is no one here to have a pre weigh in freak out.

Today's food-Green.

Breakfast

Shockingly shreddies, banana and milk (A1 and B1)

Lunch
Fruit salad topped with a muller light (1 apple, 1 banana, grapes and pineapple)

Dinner
2 Linda McCartney red onion sausages, 2 slices of wholemeal bread (B2), spaghetti hoops and sweetcorn.

Snacks
2 syns on an advent calendar chocolate.

I have been on my best behaviour this week. Infact I'd go as far as angelic. If I am not rewarded by the scales in the morning they're going out the effing window.
 
Fallen at the final hurdle. Started off well today but spent the afternoon baking with my daughter and just can not stop eating the hazelnut biscuits. Bugger!
 
Yay!!! WI a day early and lost another 3lb!!! Only one more to go to hit the next stone bracket. Just where I wanted to be before Christmas!!!!
 
Buddies in crime! Judging by the good behaviors all week you should be laughing at weigh in in the morning. My scales will also be going out of the window and I'll be following them if I don't lose anything tomorrow!! I caved in tonight and had a grilled bratwurst - this was after turning down sacher torte and hot chocolate, so I still feel fairly virtuous.

Bring it on!
 
I swear if I don't look like a complete babe next Saturday night I am going to crack haha! I haven't put all this effort in not to be the belle of the Christmas ball!!

You've done amazingly well and one of the people on here who has really inspired me! You'll look fantastic. Xx
 
I've been awake since 3.30am, I gave in and weighed at 6...about an hour earlier than usual but I needed to know lol. Scales showed me as 8st 8.75 which obviously I have to round to 8st 9lbs so that's a loss of 1.5lbs this week.

Don't reckon I'll manage target next week but I'll be damned if I'm not going to give it everything. Good luck guys.
 
The secret to success is obviously to stuff your face with cookies the night before WI.

3.5lbs off this week taking me nicely back under target by 2 lbs (most of the loss is the quick overnight gain of 2.5lbs last weekend, so it's more like a 1lb loss if I'm honest). I'll have that though :p

Anyone else's tickers not working? I can't update mine.
