I wander round the site reading diaries anyway, I'm resilient to the P words! Personally I think SW's red days in particular look decent, for a very vague sort of medium carb medium gi type thing, and I might well use them as a guide to maintain. My problem doing SW before (gained on it) was that I did green days and ate tons of free pasta and tomato based sauces. And had loads and loads of sins left over for sweets. But I think taking the diet seriously and not abusing it seems to work great for a huge number of people - it's all about what works best for you and if that's SW then that's fab! Good luck with it Xx
