Susie and Orbit's daily dribble

I have to say, it is going down extremely well :) hic....

Earlier, I sat outside in the sun, closed my eyes, sipped and pretended I was in Lake Garda for a minute. Made me feel more tranquil :)

Does this help? Sorry if it has the opposite effect!

Oh Lisa, I am so with you on the lemon thing, my very favourite desserts are all lemony ones, with the exception of lemon meringue pie, don't like the texture!

Hello Susie my love
Hope you have been enjoying your lovely lemon sticky stuff and managed to throw loads out - it's always very satisfying ;)
Hope you will also get some chill time to make up for it ((hugs))
Xxx

Morning Susie, how are you today love?

Afternoon all

Suffering from a bit of a sore head today, mates took me out for a commiseration drink last night and it was a late one! I'd already planned not to go to work until tomorrow, so am having a lazy day at home :)

How's everyone today?

PS - OMG have weighed myself after a few carb blowouts and lots of alcohol - and I've lost 6lbs!!! No idea how that happened....

Yes thanks hun, feeling a lot more human. Atkins eating is great hangover food, ain't it! Bacon and eggs, more bacon and eggs...lol.

Been vaguely industrious this afternoon and made tomorrow's food.

Am going to count every carb from now on. It will increase once the Mama Lupe tortillas are back in stock at LCM because I love them for lunch.

B - fried eggs and 3 Debbie and Andrew sossies 0.6, squirt of tomato sauce 1.0, soya latte 1.0
L - chicken and little gem 1.7 with squirt of mayo 2.0
S - 3 cheese 0.3 and ham 1.0 rolls
D - lamb curry with 100g cauli rice 4.0 with more mayo 2.0

Total (and these are rounded up bigtime) = 13.6g

I'm having lots of green leafies so Jim won't wave his stick at me :) but do critique away!

I've also got some Total yoghurt to have with ground flax and splenda if I want dessert (5.7).

PS - just read Katie's menu which included raspberries - and I discover to my joy that they are 1.5g carbs per 1/4 cup - so will have my first fruit in 6 months tomorrow with yoghurt YUM :)
