Been vaguely industrious this afternoon and made tomorrow's food.
Am going to count every carb from now on. It will increase once the Mama Lupe tortillas are back in stock at LCM because I love them for lunch.
B - fried eggs and 3 Debbie and Andrew sossies 0.6, squirt of tomato sauce 1.0, soya latte 1.0
L - chicken and little gem 1.7 with squirt of mayo 2.0
S - 3 cheese 0.3 and ham 1.0 rolls
D - lamb curry with 100g cauli rice 4.0 with more mayo 2.0
Total (and these are rounded up bigtime) = 13.6g
I'm having lots of green leafies so Jim won't wave his stick at me
but do critique away!
I've also got some Total yoghurt to have with ground flax and splenda if I want dessert (5.7).
PS - just read Katie's menu which included raspberries - and I discover to my joy that they are 1.5g carbs per 1/4 cup - so will have my first fruit in 6 months tomorrow with yoghurt YUM
