mmm yummy. Ive got the aldi lightly dusted fish for dinner with wedges on sat night (oh and colmans packet curry sauce too)
 
I am SOOOOO looking forward to you posts and weight loss Susie!!! The diet looks as easy as Atkins! CAn you eat loads??

I seem to remember a friend eating a pile of chilli one day and loads of baked spuds another

Re SW, Di, there are three plans - original (as much protein as you like, unlimited eggs, fruit, veg, limited dairy and wheat), green (the reverse, as much wheat, etc, limited protein) or the new plan, Extra Easy, which is as much protein AND wheat, plus veg fruit and eggs, but limited dairy - and all are low fat, so not like Atkins at all :)

You decide in the morning which plan you want to follow, so yes you can eat a big plate (or bucket) of chilli one day, then 42 baked potoatoes the next :D

I still don't quite get Extra Easy yet, because it would imply that you can do both - on the same day! :) But when you do, you have less dairy and bread choices than on Original or Green.

Hope that's as clear as mud :D

And having said that it is limited dairy, you can eat most Muller Light yoghurt until it comes out your ears! Coconut yoghurt with chocolate flakes, anyone?

i dont get how it works with extra easy??? meat bolognese with pasta and low fat cheese and garlic bread?
 
If it works ... I'll be joining you Susie - for a month of SW... might be what I need to kick my body up the back side for a while.

But, I seriously can't get my head around the colours and syns! I don't even know what day of the week it is usually! lol :)

Forgot to mention, I did a cheeky WI this morning and I'm down quite a bit already, although I guess that's from not eating much the last couple of days...

Thanks all - it does feel very strange, this food, after a year (roughly) of low carb!
