Re SW, Di, there are three plans - original (as much protein as you like, unlimited eggs, fruit, veg, limited dairy and wheat), green (the reverse, as much wheat, etc, limited protein) or the new plan, Extra Easy, which is as much protein AND wheat, plus veg fruit and eggs, but limited dairy - and all are low fat, so not like Atkins at all
You decide in the morning which plan you want to follow, so yes you can eat a big plate (or bucket) of chilli one day, then 42 baked potoatoes the next
I still don't quite get Extra Easy yet, because it would imply that you can do both - on the same day!
But when you do, you have less dairy and bread choices than on Original or Green.
Hope that's as clear as mud
And having said that it is limited dairy, you can eat most Muller Light yoghurt until it comes out your ears! Coconut yoghurt with chocolate flakes, anyone?
