Obviously one of the effects of eating wheat again is a little (cough) wind. I had to err 'expelleramus' last night and it frightened Orbs so much she fell off the bed LMAO

Yes today is a green day - heavy on the pasta and quorn, light on protein (just the bacon for brekkie as a healthy extra - and the milk in the cappuccino was my other).

We're all here for one reason (apart from telling fart and poo and totm jokes ) - weight loss - so it doesn't matter how you achieve that, just as long as you enjoy doing it while you are
Hehe! I can sympathise with the, ahem, wind issues! When I'm gorging myself on Fruit it gives me a really dodgy stomach, and then my first high carb day gives me really bad wind and makes me feel bloated! lol!

Hi Susie, glad to hear it seems to be going well for you. Must admit that i am completely confused how it all works. But i guess i remember that from when i started atkins too. It's amazing how you can retrain your brain though - i still find it wierd that my head is now happy with lots of butter or a creamy sauce but worries at the sight of huge plate of carrots or chips. Hmmm.....
