Morning Susie, I didn't know you'd switched to SW, or maybe i forgot LOL

Morning Jim - been thinking about it for a few weeks, and then with the last massive gain - and nothing I could really attribute it to - I decided to give SW a go for a while.

All these empty wheat products take a bit of getting used to, I know I prefer Atkins as a WOE!

You been watching the rugby? A Kiwi friend rang me yesterday and told me to watch the Wales match, but just as I switched over, they blew the final whistle.

Looks like the AB's are doing their usual "let's play really well right throughout the tournament and then fall over at the end" tactic! :(

Yes Susie, I've been getting up at the crack of dawn to watch all the games, I'm in heaven at the moment, loads of cricket and rugby. LOL.

Wales V springboks was an ace game, and you are so right about NZ, they didn't look good against Tonga, the score didn't show the true picture there. I still can't watch England play in that black strip, it just doesn't look right somehow

Evening Alps, I'm just in the door. It went much better than I thought, 5lbs off, despite two evenings out with wine (one which was a long one oops), so am very happy so far.

One thing I have really noticed is that on SW I am hungrier sooner after a Green Day (pasta, rice, potato, etc) meal, so high protein has big bonuses in filling you up for longer. In fact, I seem to feel faintly hungry most of the day - there's loads to eat, I just feel a bit nervous about eating all day. Strange that, never bothered me before :D :D :D

FOOD PORN SPOILER...
I do like being able to have bread again, and yoghurt and fruit - but strangely miss the green leafy veg, so must get some of that down me.

So - so far, so good.

Wow Susie, well done on the loss that's fab:D
Dont like the sound of feeling hungry tho!
Xx

Great news on the 5lbs, hope the hunger bit wears off soon though - are there legal snacks you can have if you get peckish? xxx

Oh yes hun, loads - cold meats, as much Muller Lights as I want, ditto fruit and veg, and things like Alpen bars.

I'm sure it's just a situation of adjusting! (cross fingers). Meanwhile, baked beans feature widely, so it's like Windy City round here :D

That's excellent Susie! Wow and well done! :)

5lbs, you rock lady!! x
