Don't die of shock but yes it is me, up and posting before 9am . Apart from a 'little' noise from upstairs this morning, I got a whole eight hours' sleep - helped by trudging miles around London yesterday, no doubt (lesson there, Suze, exercise can help...d'uh lol).

B - bacon and eggs yummy
L - chicken salad with mayo and mandarin oil
D - pork belly slices with cabbage and butter
W - might try for 3 litres today, nearly finished the first already
E - pouring down here so might do my walk tape
