Susie and Orbit's daily dribble

I would like to add I have had no training, this is just a little fun!

:wow:!!! I like it, especially the way you've turned my one from a horrible feeling into a nice calm positive one :D And Lisa's is great too!

You are going to be much in demand, Toni!

Am chewing my way through the chilli tuna (the John West infusions one) - it's a bit on the hot side, particularly when chewed together with the coriander leaves in the herb salad :p - I guess I should have realised that would happen.

Wow Toni!!

I'm having a fishy lunch too suse, just glug some water Hun x.

Morning all

Had a busy old day yesterday, including a photo shoot at this amazing place - Asylum

Had a MAJOR fail on the food front - bad sleep again and woke up late, no time for lunch, and had nothing in the fridge when I got home and devoured pizza!!!
The carb monster really takes over my brain when I'm tired - so it will be a big gain for tomorrow, I'm sure of it. My old mantra - prepare, prepare, prepare - went out the window...oh well C&G next week.

B - scrambled eggs, bacon and mushroom, coffee
L - don't know yet, maybe tuna mayo salad
D - pork and cabbage

Awe suse it can be hard though getting organised and being prepared. I'm the worst for falling off if its been a day out of the usual routine.

All you can do is keep fighting that carb monster and get back on today though x.

Hi Susie:). Oops to pizza - it's impossible to stay on track when you are hungry I agree. Lots of water to flush it out...

And it's the weekend hooray:D snoozy time!

Food porn alert......look away now if you're sensitive

We went to Pizza Express. My intentions were good but so were the dough balls, garlic bread, wine and pollenta chips!!

Lol Lisa - are you trying to tempt us:D

When will you be moving susie?? And love you just get back on plan after the pizza!! X

Aww thanks Meg, well I'm not fully back on track, am having a restorative vino! It has been one B.1.T.C.H of a day today, with our resident psychotic colleague kicking off big time  Anyone got a spare strait jacket and gag/duct tape they're not using? :D

Re the flat - it's going to be October now. Not sure which year we're talking here...

Wine is essential for rubbish days!! I was reading pig to twig and they allow after 2 weeks!! Mind their definition of moderate and mine may differ slightly x x

Mind their definition of moderate and mine may differ slightly x x

LOL - and me!

Well it's bad news on the scales today, a 4lb gain - but after the excesses of the week, I'm not in the least surprised!

So, online grocery shopping next, then make time to Get Prepared, and back to C&G.

As long as you know why it happened, you know how to fix. Sometimes we will all have days that just demand pizza and wine!! X

Yeah too true hun :) I'm not upset or beating myself up, been there done that, and it just doesn't help!

I was thinking this morning (when I woke up from another bad dream at 5am) about it all. I am really happy to be back on low carb, particularly after some previous nasty bouts of wheat-induced pharffing  but have decided not to worry about how long it's going to me to lose weight.

I'm not going to do my losses in my signature any more and just chill about weighing - might even try doing it once a month!

I'm still a stone lighter than before - so my long term goal is to be healthier and fitter in eight years when I hope to move to Italy. I feel really good about that decision, it sits right with me, and I'm sure will mean I enjoy low carb even more :D

As Meg said, you know why so you know what you can do about it....... you had a great evening so no bothering about it :)
A stone loss is great! I can't wait to be able to say that :) x
