Waitrose do marmite cashew nuts - a bit high sadly at 9grams per serving. They also do marmite crisps and marmite cereal bars! (Both 14grams per serving - well I had to look!!!)

Afternoon Jim and Bren - and everyone else of course

Another flying visit until tonight, but I am having a great day. Just done something I haven't done for ages, spent money on shoes! (I get paid Friday). Went into JD and got two pairs of trainers, a green and white pair on sale and a black and grey pair that look very smart. I don't do regular shoes thanks to corns and bunions, so am really looking forward to throwing some old pairs out and putting my smart new ones on!
