Tamzy's food diary

morning all, seems like its going to be a slightly sunny day today, well hopefully... my mission is to eat a lot of natural fats to burn more. so here goes.

B - spicy roasted salmon cubes, scrambled eggs, cherry tomatoes, parsley and avocado

S - handful of roasted salted and sweetened almonds. * used sweetener*

L - roasted aubergine, grated cheese, spring onions, dried garlic powder, chives with a side of panfried seabass fillet.

D - crab salad with mackerel fillets

will allow myself 2 glasses of coke zero but i'm also going to drink all 3 litres of water x

hello hun, ive been enjoying the easter hols and so happy to still b right on track, how are you?

Food yesterday

B - 3 x red onion scrambled eggs in butter along with a protein shake

L - 2 x large salads at mcdonalds, with fish fillet ( threw the bun away) and a diet coke

D - lobster in butter, stirfried beansprouts, brocolli and salmon steaks.


Food for today

B - 3x scrambled eggs, protein shake and a glass of diet coke.

L - seabass in parsley butter with a green salad

D - bak choi, avocado and 2 xtuna steak... glass of diet coke

3 litres of water

we havent caught up in ages it feels!

how was your Easter? good i hope?

i've decided calorie counting isnt for me at all, its not rigid and strict enough, im going to join Weight Watchers pro points and go to the meetings etc as then i will stick to it and it will become routine!! :D

so i starting next Thursday, theres a meeting tonight but i've got a planned mexican meal tomorrow with bf for our 2 yr anniversary and then meal with friends on saturday so i thought i dont want to start today and then my first week be a complete rubbish result!! so this week just going to plod along and have what i fancy, and then start full pelt again on Thurs :)

wish me luck!

i will be starting a diary in WW and will send you the link as i wont be updating here prob, will be lurking still to check your all ok though :)

easter was a blast, i went out quite a lot hence why my diary ist being updated everyday but i'm still on track.

morning everyone, quick update, ive managed to lose 10lbs, jumped on the scales a lot of times in different places... cant beleive it!! yaaaay to atkins. i havent really been eating too much cheese and cream, so i'm thinking thats why, so now i no what stalls me.

yesterdays food

B - 3x eggs

L - roasted courgette with melted cheese and tuna steak and avocado.

D - sugarsmap peas, haddock in white sauce.


todays food

B - strawberries and natural yogurt....3x scrambles eggs and sardine.

L - brocolli quiche, large green parsley salad

D - steamed snapper, creamy spinach and runnerbeans.

aww thanks Ems,i'm fine thanks hun........ i'm over the moon, didnt even expect a loss lol but when everyone kept telling me i lost weight i decided to see if they were lying to me but they were right.

i no what you mean about work being manic, i hardly have anytime for myself lol and the rainy weather doesnt help either, its freezing out there.

i'm currently in work thinking of how to get rid of my beans and grated cheese on toast crave lol.

cant wait for u to create with ww diary.... all that lovely food your gonna b eating.

D - tuna steak in a creamy mushroom sauce with cauli mash.

i know, the weather is horrible atm isnt it!! one min raining, one min sunny and then hail stones!!! sort it out lol
