I also had some carrot batons with hummous and an apple. Oh and another fruity tea :)
 
Dinner tonight:

Salmon pan fried with garlic, sweet potato baked and broccoli
Dessert: greek yog, banana and honey

Planning tomorrow right now.....

I tried Sweet Potato again tonight as it was reduced in Asda and I loved it! Half I did with Garlic and Rosemary Seasoning, the other half with Piri Piri Seasoning! X

Mackerel salad:
Leaves, beetroot, tomato, spring onion

Cashew nut snack

Dinner:
Rump steak, mushrooms, tomatoes and sweet potato chips sprinkled with paprika

One hour gym

Those damn banogfee doughnuts haha. I keep getting in troubke for posting pics! Im making white choc and blueberry one tomorrow! Im so excited! The blue berry ones are still just as bad in points haha.

Had a really good food day today. I've felt sooooo tired tho, been having random naps all day. Just feel like I could sleep through until the morning. It's so strange!!! X
