Yum! Have you tried the soya cappicino flavoured milk! Its scrummy!
 
Haven't tracked at all today but here's what I've had:
Breakfast: museli and skimmed milk

Lunch: sweet chilli chicken wholemeal
Roll with lettuce (no butter)
Crisps
Cake from bakery (cheesecake pastry thing with stringy coconut on top)

Dinner: pastrami, rocket and mustard mayo seeded sandwich

Pub: diet coke and 2 cranberry juice

Snack: small museli with skimmed milk

Did an hour gym too :)
 
I'm drinking tonight!! I'm literally just writing off all my weeklies then having 26PP days mon-thurs when I weigh in. Haven't weighed in properly this week so not sure what it will say by Thursday!
Today:
Banana =free
2 boiled eggs =5

Going food shopping in a bit :)
 
Went food shopping and got the following dinners:
Prawn stir fry
Chicken ceaser salad
Tikka masala (chicken) low fat naan n poppadums
Chilli with brown rice
Fajita chicken with SP chips and guacamole
Chicken/chorizo pasta
Tom/mozz/pastrami salad
 
do you just buy food for you and bf and cook yourselves? xxx

Your food for this week sounds lovely. Its so different from my menu's haha, I feel your food is soo healthy and mine ks.... Not. Haha.

Today I have the hangover from hell. As of tomorrow me and the Boyf are on a very strict 3 week diet and fitness crackdown!!!
Today I've had: (be prepared for this horrendous food)

Bacon sandwich with ketchup (no butter)
1 slice bread and butter

Cheese n pickle sandwich
Walkers sunbites
Strawberry shake (half-McDonald's)
Giant cookie
5 jelly sweets

I'm having chicken n chorizo pasta later an I hae Doritos an dips hahahaha. Serious crackdown from tomoz!!!! Watch this space x
 
All that food sounds absolutely yummy hon xxx good luck tomorrow haha :)
