Tano's new countdown weight watchers diary

Today I have the hangover from hell. As of tomorrow me and the Boyf are on a very strict 3 week diet and fitness crackdown!!!
Today I've had: (be prepared for this horrendous food)

Bacon sandwich with ketchup (no butter)
1 slice bread and butter

Cheese n pickle sandwich
Walkers sunbites
Strawberry shake (half-McDonald's)
Giant cookie
5 jelly sweets

I'm having chicken n chorizo pasta later an I hae Doritos an dips hahahaha. Serious crackdown from tomoz!!!! Watch this space x

I actually dribbled on my iPad reading Doritos and Dips, I love them so much! The Hint of Lime ones are my favourite! X

Hahah. I had a blip that included a full three course meal after my carefully prepared salad was viiiiile. Your food sounds good, hm. Once every while, it wont kill you ;) Good job killing yourself in the gym tomorrow :) x
 
Still rough today... Hangovers are the worst ever. The older u get; the worse they get!! Not a great day food wise!
