Just did a 30 min blast at gym and have decided I'm having rice with my chilli tonight :)

;) was beaut! Now I'm back into my training I'm noticing how hungry I am!!! Trained 3-4 times last week and went last night an tonight. Defs not going tomorrow. Going back to clean eating but still all within ww points. I know that works for me. I like going and getting weighed as well as it keeps me focused. Can't wait to weigh and measure on Thursday and feel that fresh start!

2 boiled eggs

Mackerel and salad
Muller corner

Fajita chicken, peppers and sweet potato chips with guacamole

No exercise x

Well done chick! Feel free to share ur clean recipes id like some inspo! I cant wait to weigh either.. Had cheeky peak on scales and see a loss! Official WI day not until Sunday but i wanna stick to my friday weigh ins.
