Small 1.88 mile run before my kettle class this morning. Kettle was really really hard!

Jut been and done my food shopping for the week, here are some of my dinners:
Sweet chilli chicken wraps with sweet potato chips
Chicken n chorizo creamy chilli pasta
Piri piri pork loins with mixed veg and SP mash
Fishcakes with veg or salad and Cous Cous
Chilli con carne
Crispy chicken n avocado salad
Tomato n mozzarella salad with flatbread

Hurting loads from yesterday's exercise so not going gym this morning! Unsure what I'm up to today to be honest. Weather is bloody miserable!!!
10st 6 this morning after last nights wraps and the popcorn, plus the exercise.. Using weights always makes me a bit heavier. I'm going to make sure my breakfasts and lunches are good this week after the weekend. I'd like to be 10st 4ish by the time I go back to work xx

Sat:bootcamp
Sun: circuit
Mon:rest
Tues: combat
Weds: boxing/ bounce class/ run
Thurs:rest
Fri: Kettlercise/run

Does this earn me another rest day?? I think so hahaha x
