Taz's diary - Need to do this!

It does indeed seem fair - after all it is exercise and will be good for him as he has a sitting down job x

Morning all. Had a minor accident last night involving a rogue golf tee, a laminate floor and my bad leg  at the time we both thought it was going to be a set back but it all seems ok this morning. Poor Mr Taz felt so guilty as it was his tee and he was very worried but it was just one of those things. I am resting today and nothing else!

Oh dear! That doesn't sound good x

It's ok but it wasn't good last night. And as I was about to do the washing up at the time it meant Mr Taz had to do it instead :D

There were some compensations then x

Make your way through the fugg Taz - find REST and stay awhile x

I know you didn't rest today but I hope you enjoyed your gallivanting ;) x

Good morning Taz - Did you get lost yesterday? Missed ya x

I think I did Gem! I wasn't aware of quite what the 'tour' involved :( I was picked up at half 10am and didn't get home til gone 8pm. We picked up another friend on the way, went to Trago Mills and had lunch there (I had a turkey roast dinner, yum!) then went into the store which we were hurried around by our host when she realised the time and only she knew how far we still had to go! I felt a bit sorry for the other girl as she hadn't been to Trago before and she wasn't able to have a proper look around. On the plus side, I didn't spend too much and I got the storage boxes I wanted much cheaper :D We then went on a lonnnnng drive to the coast and to a random tiny village graveyard! It was a very long and very wet and windy day. It was good to get out though

Well I had a bit of a busy day yesterday doing some rearranging in the lounge. It involved emptying cupboards, moving cupboards around and reorganising the contents. Then I had physio which was quite ouchy so when I got home I was a little pooped and couldn't be bothered to cook so I ordered some stuff from Domino's :( I didn't eat it all but they sneaked the pizza lb in the box so that will have to leave quite soon

Hoping the pizza lb packs it's bags tonight!

Had the follow up appointment with my surgeon today and he still hasn't discharged me! I have to go back in 2 months and if the swelling hasn't gone down then he might have to do a steroid injection in the knee. Really don't want that as it will mess me up completely :( he said he couldn't drain it as it wasn't fluid but tissue and if he drained it the swelling would just come back. A little relieved as I don't want anything more stuck in my knee so I now hope I don't have to have this steroid injection in 2 months time. He was totally unconcerned at the time it is taking to heal as is my physio. It seems I'm the only impatient one!

You'll have to be a more patient patient Taz - Go with the flow cos there's nowhere else to go x
