Well done on the loss and the last two days of perfect day out planning! So hard at the seaside not to give in, where did you go? I love Redcar! It's nostalgic, as we used to go a lot when I was a kid. X

Yeah, we went to Redcar! Totally get the nostalgia thing - my Nanna used to take us all when we were little, so it was lovely to go back. It's looking really nice there these days, they seem to have spent a lot of money doing up the seafront. I know the vertical pier is a bit like marmite and people either love it or hate it, but I must say I so quite like it :) Had a great day x
 
Morning diary, Happy Friday!! Can't believe my week off is almost over already. Definitely going to make the most of the sunshine over the weekend. I'm already dreading going back to work on Monday!!

Having a very relaxed day today. Katie is off work today as well, so we're just going to chill in her garden. She's at the doctors this morning so I'm going to get ready while she's there and then walk up and meet her once she's done. Then going to head over to the town and pop into Aldi and Tesco for a few bits to keep me going today. Going to get some stuff for lunch / dinner and also pick up some fruit, low Syn ice lollies, sugar free pop, etc. :)

Feeling quite proud that although I've had plans the last couple of days, I've managed to stay in control by putting plans into place and following them through. Determined to do so again today. I thought being off this week would be mega tough - usually I work better when I am in the routine of work - but I've actually managed it pretty well. Just hoping I can do as well over the weekend as I have throughout the week. I have no plans to go out this weekend though, and I'm actually too skint to go out even if I wanted to. So that should keep me out of trouble!

Have to admit, I am feeling a little bloated this morning. I did have mushy peas AND baked beans yesterday though, so that probably hasn't helped :giggle: I'm going to have a nice Red day today to try and beat the bloat...

Aww, thank you!! I don't know where this sudden burst of motivation has come from, but I'm definitely not complaining. I like it :) I think realising that I'd regained 8.5lb was a massive kick up the backside and enough for me to get back on it! Just hoping it pays off on Tuesday and I have another good loss! Must admit I've had a bit of a picky day today, even had two packets of crisps! All within Syns though, so it's all good. Hope you have a good weekend x

Oooh yeah, you definitely need to try and go especially while the weather is so nice!! It was absolutely gorgeous yesterday - nice and warm but with that gorgeous sea breeze that cooled us down right when we needed it. I've got the beginning of a nice little tan from yesterday and today, just need to try and keep on top of it. Just pleased I'm not like a frazzled lobster this time lol! :) x

Morning diary, Happy Saturday! Feeling pleased with myself after stopping in last night and staying on plan again even when I was round Katie's all day. They were eating fried chicken, pizza, Walkers Sensations crisps, all sorts! But I stuck to my guns and stayed in control. And boy does it feel good! :)

Haven't really got much of a plan today, foodwise. I'm not doing much today though, so I think I'll get up soon and have a wander down to Tesco, see if anything takes my fancy there. I've just taken a chicken breast out of the freezer which I'll have for tea, so it's just finding something nice for lunch. Will probably end up with a chilli chicken noodle salad - I am a little bit hooked on them :giggle:

Morning diary. Proud to report that I made it through this weekend without going out, woohooo :D Feeling very in control!

Today I'm at a BBQ for my cousins Birthday. They just live at the top of our street, so it's handy as it means I can take my own stuff with me without it being too much of a faff. I have a chicken breast I defrosted yesterday but didn't use, so I will take that. And I have some burgers I made in the freezer, so that's me sorted!

Can't believe it is Sunday already mind. My week off has flown over - I can't believe I'm back to work tomorrow. Definitely not looking forward to that!! I am looking forward to Tuesday arriving though, so I can see if my hard work has paid off this week!

Anyway, I'm having another Red day today...

Thank you lovely!! I would love a biggish loss this week, as next week may be a bit iffy. Next Saturday I'm off to York for a bit of an all day sesh :giggle: So lots of alcohol and probably not the best food choices. I'd really like to get as much off this week as I can so I don't knock myself even further back after next week.

Totally get what you mean about chest size, that's the main hinderance for me. The playsuit fit lovely around my waist and legs, but I couldn't get the bra fastening done up. It's funny though, to look at me, I have barely no chest now in comparison to before I lost weight. But my bra size doesn't seem to have changed much. I've gone from an E to a DD, which is only one size really. I certainly don't look that big. It's really annoying trying to get into dresses and stuff when you're top heavy isn't it? I suppose if I had no chest at all I would still complain though, can't win! :giggle:

Eeek, 6.5lb from target!! That's amazing. I can't wait until I am that close, it must be a great feeling. You'll smash that off in no time at all :D Hope you've had a great weekend xx

So I'm just on making myself some chicken and salad for dinner instead. We're going up at 2 so I'll have this first in the hope that it will keep me away from the other naughty foods. Annoying! But I am determined to stay in control.
 
Just been informed that the BBQ is now not happening as the weather isn't the best. Instead they're just doing sausage and cheese rolls, buffet food, etc. A slimmers nightmare! So I'm just on making myself some chicken and salad for dinner instead. We're going up at 2 so I'll have this first in the hope that it will keep me away from the other naughty foods. Annoying! But I am determined to stay in control.

Thank you - I managed to resist! :) I did let myself have half a bottle of low calorie wine, but all Syns accounted for. Feeling good x

I really hope so!! Just come home to get myself sorted for work tomorrow. Think I'll make a nice quiche for tea - I'm freezing with being sat in the garden all afternoon so that will be nice and warm and filling. Hope you've had a nice weekend hun :) xx
