1.5lb is still a loss, and a good healthy one at that. Give it a chance - another good week of food optimising and I bet you will have a better result
Right - i am going to say this with the best intentions.
Stop sulking!!!!!
You have lost weight this week and you are doing great. If you had not been good this week u could have gained or maintained and even though u were super good and deserve perhaps more weight to come off, sometimes it just doesn't happen like that.
If you carry on sulking about it what will that achieve (apart from frown lines???)
Dust yourself off and snap out of it. Or else.....!!
